Wrinkles : Ayurvedic Natural Home remedies

Wrinkles are the visible creases on the skin which is undesirable specially on the face. Usually wrinkles are connected with skin aging but premature wrinkles can be due to less water intake, continuous exposure to sunlight, skin problems, poor nutrition, stress, consuming alcohol, exposure to cigarette smoke, lack of sleep etc.Home remedies for wrinkles are :

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and sleep adequately, to make skin tight and wrinkles free..

2. Vitamin A rich foods such as Carrot, Tomato, Cabbage (Patta gobi), Coriander (Dhania), Amaranth (Cholayi), Mango, Papaya, Orange, Milk, Butter can be taken, which helps to overcome wrinkles problem.

3. Regularly applying Cabbage paste with a spoon of Honey on the face and washing face after an hour, tightens skin and wrinkle free.

4. Doing exercises like, taking water or air in the mouth and transferring it from one side to another several times, tightens face skin and wrinkle free.

5. Open your mouth as wide as possible and then close as tight as possible several times, this exercise helps to get wrinkle free face.

6. Regularly massaging face with Castor oil (Erand) or Coconut oil makes face wrinkle free.

7. Beat egg whites of two eggs and apply on the face and wash the face with cold water after half an hour which helps in reducing wrinkles on the face.
